Requirements
REALTOR® members are active licensees who practice real estate in Oregon or SW Washington. A REALTOR® member receives benefits including discounted registration fees, Commerical Real Estate Forms, listing in our annual roster, consideration for our "Annual Dinner & Awards Celebration," a National REALTORS® Database System (NRDS) number, and our publications. In addition, a REALTOR® member receives benefits offered through the National Association of REALTORS® (http://www.realtor.org/RCA) and either Oregon Association of REALTORS® (or.realtorplace.com) or Washington Association of REALTORS® (http://www.warealtor.com) depending on state in which license is held.
Applications for Membership which are complete and unaltered are subject to CAR Executive Board review the second Tuesday of the month immediately following receipt. If membership is approved, a new member packet and additional information will follow. If membership is denied, dues will be returned in full to Applicant.
NOTE: If one commercial REALTOR® member works for a company with other commercial REALTORS®, every commercial REALTOR® and Property Manager must pay Commercial Association of REALTORS® Oregon/SW Washington, National Association of REALTORS®, and Oregon Association of REALTORS® (or Washington Association of REALTORS®) dues.
