Requirements
Broker members are active licensees who practice real estate in Oregon or SW Washington. A broker member receives benefits including discounted registration fees, Commerical Real Estate Forms, listing in our annual roster, consideration for our "Annual Dinner & Awards Celebration," and our publications.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If one commercial real estate broker member works for a company with other commercial brokers, every commercial broker must pay Commercial Association of Brokers Oregon/SW Washington dues.
